Story and Characters

Solatorobo: Red the Hunter DS takes place in the Shepherd Republic; a world made of islands that float in the sky and inhabited by dog (Caninu) and cat (Feliniko) people. When the hunter, Red Savarin, saves the cat child, Elh, his life is changed forever. Elh tells Red that the Kurvaz guild of Hunters seek to wake up a terrible being called Lares which could destroy the world. Elh enlists the services of Red to stop the Kurvaz guild and seal Lares away forever.

Red is a hunter who rides the robot Dahak. He is kind, honest and an all round good guy. He' quite rugged and can be cheeky. He is an orphan who grew up in an orphanage and has no memory of how he came to have Dahak. He travels around on his ship the Asmodeus, piloted by Chocolat.

Chocolat Gelato

Race: Caninu

Chocolat is Red's adopted sister. She can be quite bossy and fussy about money. She is the pilot of the ship the Asmodeus and is a lover of all things mechanical. She also supports Red in his quests over the comm system.
